Operasi Jitu Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2009 as a dedicated Bumiputera company specializing in two core pillars: Property Management and Carpark Operation & Solution Provider. Over the last 15+ years, we have grown to manage over 80 locations encompassing 45,000+ car park bays across Malaysia.
We specialize in managing high-density public transport hubs (MRT, LRT, KTM), government buildings (DBKL, Putrajaya Complexes), commercial centers, and healthcare facilities. Our commitment is rooted in seamless cashless operations, strict Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) standards, and maximized revenue yields for asset owners.
